Shepherd’s Dream

SHEPHERD’S DREAM – Roseau River, Manitoba

OPEN: Saturday September 12 ONLY 9 – 6.   Pre-registration required, no drop-in

Pre-register by emailing us at or calling us at 204 427 3524.

Shepherd’s Dream is all about fibre from sheep. Our wool bedding products start with the purest, fluffiest wool batting we can find. We encase it in organic sateen cotton and wool Melton to make our mattresses, toppers, pillows and comforters. We’d love to demonstrate how we do it.

We’d also like to show you other fibres woven into our lifestyle. The house we built is an EcoNest, made of clay mixed with various fibres ….like straw, cattail fluff, cow manure and other materials we found in our neighbourhood.

So, your stop at our place on the Fibre Trail will include the workshop and the house. We’ll show you our beds, how they’re made ….and our house, and how it was made (if you’re interested).

The workshop will have comforters, sleep and other pillows, sheets and dryer-balls for sale.

We look forward to seeing you Saturday, Sept 12. Please pre-register for one of our 2 hour time slots …. 9, 11, 2 and 4. We can take 4 people in each slot. Come with a mask and be prepared to follow the Covid fundamentals.

Pre-register by emailing us at or calling us at 204 427 3524.
